Another replacement battery does not explain the discharge
This review concerns the low voltage battery used for starting and supporting vehicle electronics. A new battery receipt records an action, but does not by itself show why the prior battery discharged. Preserve the time parked, whether the vehicle would start, and any charging or parasitic draw findings. Traction battery capacity and electric propulsion are separate questions.
Describe the concern
How long was the vehicle parked before the failure, and did the dealer identify a cause for the discharge?
Request the records
Ask for the battery test, charging system findings, replacement part information, and any documented parasitic draw test.
Compare the result
Separate a jump start, battery replacement, and diagnosis of an underlying draw. Note whether the same no start event returned after each action.

Organizing your Concord repair history
